The burst exercise is intense, it’s a mix of quick footwork, handling, reaction and high chip saves. You want to do this as quick as possible and force the keeper to give all their energy to get all the saves.

Focus on clean safe hands which means a catch or a tip over the bar for every shot, if you do play it back towards a server they can and will finish the shot.
